The Jubilee Kitchen is an ecumenical organization that supplies a simple, free meal for individuals and families of all ages. It is hosted at Trinity Lutheran Church in Danville and operates Saturdays between 11:00 am and 12:30 pm from September to June.
Volunteers from churches and community organizations as well as
families and groups of friends prepare and serve the meal. Monetary donations to the kitchen provide supplies such as plates, untensils, napkins, drinking cups, coffee and tea. A schedule for preparing and serving the lunch is maintained at Trinity by the Jubilee Kitchen director. To learn more or to volunteer, please contact Nancy Davies through Trinity.
